	Our Team: ELLEN CONKLIN \| PRESIDENT Over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry, having held administrative positions with Yum! Brands in Operations, Finance, Real Estate and Marketing as well as International Marketing for the KFC brand. Ellen has also owned and successfully managed for more than 20 years businesses in food service, retail and consulting industries and holds a degree in Restaurant Management. JERRY CONKLIN \| EXECUTIVE VP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Over 30 years of Restaurant Operations, Franchise Development and Real Estate experience with a focus on Franchise Operations. Jerry held management and senior management positions with the following companies: Gladieux Corp., Marriott Travel Division, Dunkin Donuts, Allied-Domecq and Kahala Corp where he served as a Division President and most recently as Vice President of Real Estate. Jerry holds a BS and MS in Business Development and has been named to the "Who's Who" both in the US and Internationally. Memberships include: ICSC, Restaurant News Advisory Boards and numerous institutional advisory boards. LARRY MCELROY – TAX CONSULTANT AND COMPANY AUDITOR Larry has over 22 years of experience in Tax Consulting, International Tax Consulting, Financial Services and has been a Private CPA and Tax Business Services Company for over 17 years. McElroy & Company, P.C. was founded in 1992 and cultivates a close relationship with each client for a successful relationship. Maintaining close contact and helping clients enhance their personal financial position are core values within the company. Larry has a B.A. in Accounting, is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Masters in Accounting from Texas A&M. He served on a number of Management Teams with Arthur Anderson and also serves as an instructor for continuing education credits as well as an instructor for business courses with local colleges. CHRISTINE STRACK \| DIRECTOR OF MARKETING Christine has 10 years of experience with positions held at Sodexho and ARAMARK Food Services. Christine has a BS from University of North Texas and is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Ms. Strack is Serv Safe Certified and has experience of over 15 years in the food service industry and has experience in operations, marketing and business modeling for the restaurant industry. ANTHONY CALAMUNCI \| VICE PRESIDENT FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT Tony served as the former CEO, and was a principal member of Johnny’s Lunch, LLC. Mr. Calamunci is a practicing attorney and Partner with the National Law Firm of Roetzel & Andress and is head of their Toledo, Ohio office. Mr. Calamunci is also an Area Developer with other family partners for Johnny’s Lunch in Western Ohio and parts of Western New York State. Mr. Calamunci has extensive restaurant experience in the quick serve restaurant business and has more then 8 years of experience with a 4 Star Fine Dining Restaurant in the Ohio area. ARTHUR AYRAPETYAN \| VICE PRESIDENT FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT Arthur is involved in many franchise companies and has over 15 years of experience. Mr. Ayrapetyan has been a franchisee for a number of QSR Concepts and a registered franchise broker with companies such as Great Steak & Potato, Samurai Sam’s and Taco Time. Arthur and family members also are area developers for a QSR Company in the Western part of the United States. A. JOHN CALAMUNCI \| DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS & SUPPORT John serves as the Director of Operations and Franchisee Training for the East Coast. John has actively been involved in the Johnny’s system for over 25 years and was trained by the original Johnny. Mr. Calamunci has been a civic leader and has held elected positions on the Jamestown, NY City Council. He was also elected unanimously after his second term on the City Council to the office of City Council President. JOHN WORLD \| CONSULTANT FOR BUSINESS MANAGEMENT With over 30 years of experience in Business Management positions, Executive Management and Private Business Ownership. John has a vast experience level in manufacturing, retail operations, franchising and small business ownership. John owns and operates a Consultant Services Company focused on Executive Leadership, Personal Growth and Facility Acquisitions. John holds degrees from the University of Washington and University of Puget Sound.
